Where the line sits

Worth being precise, because several products in this category promise the opposite and it changes what you should expect.

You decide what goes. You sign in to the provider. You click through their flow, including the offers they put in the way. You confirm. If something goes wrong, you are the one who contacts them, because you are the customer and NoBill is not a party to that contract.

What arrives on your side is the list that made the decision possible, the steps for that particular provider, a warning before the next charge, and somewhere to ask a question mid-way.

The three things that never happen

  • Connect to your bank — there is no bank login and no account access
  • Cancel subscriptions for you — you cancel yourself, with instructions
  • Negotiate prices or claim refunds on your behalf

That is a smaller promise than ‘we handle it’. It is also one that can actually be kept, which matters more when the alternative is a product that quietly fails at the point you needed it.
